We're at the most consequential moment in Helios growth — our Series A fundraise. This role puts you at the center of it, working directly with senior leadership on investor relations and strategic growth.

ABOUT HELIOS

Helios is a fast-growing residential solar company accelerating the transition to clean energy in the Philippines. We design, finance, and install rooftop solar systems that allow homeowners to reduce electricity costs while contributing to climate action. Our mission is to make solar simple, accessible, and scalable for Filipino households.

We are approaching a pivotal moment — our Series A fundraise — and we are building the team and infrastructure to execute it well. At the same time, Helios is accelerating a new wave of growth initiatives spanning distribution, network expansion, and product development. This role will sit at the center of that momentum.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You'll own two interconnected tracks:

Series A fundraising

• Build and maintain the investor data room end-to-end
• Prepare pitch decks, teasers, one-pagers, and Q&A documents
• Manage the investor pipeline — CRM, meeting coordination, follow-ups
• Research investors and prep briefing notes ahead of meetings
• Coordinate due diligence requests across finance, ops, and legal
• Draft investor updates and correspondence for the Chief of Staff

Strategic growth projects

• Support high-priority initiatives across new distribution channels, expansion, and infrastructure
• Conduct market and competitive research to inform leadership decisions
• Prepare internal memos, briefings, and board-level presentations
• Track and coordinate cross-functional execution from kickoff to delivery

WHO YOU ARE

• 1–3 years in banking, consulting, VC, PE, or a fast-paced startup
• Exceptional writer — clear, concise, minimal revisions needed
• Advanced in PowerPoint / Google Slides / Canva
• Strong in Excel or Google Sheets for financial analysis
• Highly organized — can run multiple complex workstreams
• Comfortable with ambiguity and a self-starter mindset
• Handles sensitive information with discretion
• BS in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Bonus: prior exposure to fundraising or due diligence, investor CRM tools (Affinity, Airtable, Notion), experience in a Chief of Staff or founder's associate role, background in clean energy or PH investment landscape.
