We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Manager - Media Planning to support the development and execution of integrated media strategies across multiple clients and industries. This role is responsible for media planning, campaign coordination, performance analysis, and stakeholder management to ensure effective and data-driven media recommendations that align with client objectives.
The ideal candidate has experience in media planning, campaign management, and cross-functional collaboration, with a strong understanding of both traditional and digital media channels.
Assist in the development of strategic media plans based on client objectives, target audience insights, budget allocations, and market trends.
Recommend appropriate media channels and tactics to maximize campaign effectiveness and return on investment.
Conduct audience, category, and competitive analysis to support media planning recommendations.
Ensure media plans align with overall marketing and business goals.
Coordinate the execution of approved media plans with internal teams and external partners.
Monitor campaign implementation to ensure accuracy, timely delivery, and adherence to agreed timelines.
Track campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization throughout the campaign lifecycle.
Support troubleshooting and issue resolution during campaign execution.
Prepare regular campaign performance reports and post-campaign evaluations.
Analyze media data, audience behavior, and campaign metrics to generate actionable insights.
Present findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients when required.
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting records.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, media partners, and internal teams.
Participate in client meetings, presentations, and planning discussions.
Respond to client inquiries and provide updates on campaign performance and project status.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
Provide guidance and support to junior team members where applicable.
Contribute to process improvements, best practices, and knowledge sharing initiatives.
Stay updated on media trends, consumer behavior, and emerging advertising technologies.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in media planning, advertising, marketing communications, or a related discipline.
Experience working with both digital and traditional media channels is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret performance data and derive insights.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and media planning/reporting tools.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
