This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Lawyer at the Subic office of SyCip Salazar Hernandez & Gatmaitan. The Associate Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, representing clients in legal proceedings, and collaborating with teams on complex cases. The role also involves staying abreast of legal developments, managing files, and maintaining client relations.

• Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills
• Proficiency in drafting and reviewing contracts and other legal documents
• Experience in litigation, dispute resolution, and case management
• Knowledge in corporate services, intellectual property, tax, and employment law
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently
• Excellent interpersonal and client relations skills
• Admission to the Philippine Bar with a valid license to practice law
• Ability to work collaboratively in a high-pressure environment
• Strong ethical standards and commitment to professional conduct
