A growing Libis, Quezon City-based law firm is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Junior Associate to join our team. If you are a newly admitted member of the Philippine Bar and want to build a solid foundation across multiple practice areas, this might be the right fit for you.
What you will be working on:
- Corporate and commercial law (e.g., entity formation, SEC compliance, board matters, contracts, and due diligence).
- Labor and employment — labor compliance and advisory work.
- Intellectual property — trademark applications, IP portfolio management, and licensing agreements.
- Documentation and regulatory filings.
- Assistance in property transfer transactions and related documentation.
- Occasional litigation work as needed.
What we are looking for:
- Member of the Philippine Bar in good standing.
- 0–2 years of experience (newly admitted lawyers are welcome to apply).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Solid legal writing and research skills.
- A team player who can work independently when needed.
- Genuinely interested in commercial law work and is willing to grow with the Firm.
