Associate Human Resources Generalist

We're looking for a motivated, adaptable, and proactive Associate HR / Junior HR Generalist to join our team!

This opportunity is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of HR experience who wants to gain hands-on exposure across multiple HR functions and develop a well-rounded understanding of Human Resources.

What You'll Be Doing:

Support recruitment and talent acquisition activities.

Assist with employee relations and engagement initiatives.

Handle HR operations, including onboarding and offboarding.

Manage HR documentation, employee records, and administrative tasks.

Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Participate in various HR projects and organizational initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

1 to 3 years of relevant HR experience.

Exposure to recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and administration.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

A proactive mindset, adaptability, and willingness to learn.

Demonstrated initiative and leadership potential.
