What will you do as an Associate HRIS Manager
Reporting to the People Systems Product Owner, your accountabilities will include:
- Maintain the integrity, accuracy, and governance of HRIS systems, ensuring compliance with data standards and audit requirements.
- Lead and support the HRIS team, managing workloads, priorities, and consistent global service delivery.
- Oversee projects and system changes, ensuring successful implementation and transition into business-as-usual operations.
- Drive system adoption through training, documentation, and user enablement initiatives to improve experience and effectiveness.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and vendors to deliver reliable reporting, insights, and continuous system improvements.
