About the Role
Ensures the completeness and accuracy of inpatient and outpatient charts through timely review and promotes compliance with clinical pathways by facilitating daily pathway activation and monitoring pathway utilization.
Responsibilities
- Monitors and identifies gaps, evaluates processes, and implements improvements to ensure the quality and efficiency of the entire patient ward stay.
- Drives the improvement of physical and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) by ensuring accurate patient data, recommending and monitoring regulatory requirements and quality standards, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensures compliance with hospital policies and helps protect hospital revenue by preventing documentation and process errors that may result in delayed, returned, or denied claims.
- Supports the organization by ensuring that processes are accurate, compliant, efficient, and continuously improved.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level in any course
