Mirror Advisors is a US-led systems integrator. We help growing companies replace spreadsheets and disconnected tools with one connected system, mostly on Zoho, and increasingly with custom AI apps. Our team works across the US, the Philippines and India. Many of our clients are manufacturers and distributors.

The role

When a company moves its accounting and inventory to a new system, the numbers have to be right on day one. You'll be the person who makes sure they are. You'll help clients move their books and stock into Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory, set up their processes correctly, and train their teams to use them.

You'll also run Mirror Advisors own invoicing and monthly forecast, so you use the same tools every day that you set up for clients.

You don't need Zoho experience to apply. We'll train you on the platform. You do need a solid accounting foundation and natural, confident English, because you'll work directly with US business owners and their finance teams.

What you'll do

For clients

Learn how their money and stock move. Join scope sessions to understand how a client sells, buys, stores, builds and ships products, and how they close their books each month.

Design the finance and inventory setup. Plan the chart of accounts, tax settings, warehouses, items, bills of materials, and the order-to-cash and procure-to-pay flows in Zoho. You'll write these sections of the scope document, reviewed by our Technical Lead.

Migrate the numbers. Prepare opening balances, trial balances, open invoices and bills, and inventory counts and values from the client's old system. Then reconcile everything after migration so totals match to the cent.

Dig in when the numbers don't tie. Sometimes one bad item or transaction throws off balances across thousands of records. When that happens, you roll up your sleeves with our developers: trace the problem through the data, find the root cause, and confirm the fix until every total matches.

Configure Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory. Set up accounts, taxes, payment terms, items, warehouses, and purchase and sales workflows.

Test and train. Walk clients through real transactions before go-live, from purchase order to receiving to sale to payment. Then train their finance and warehouse teams.

Answer the hard questions. When a client asks how something will hit their books, explain it clearly in plain English.

For Mirror Advisors

Run our invoicing. Create and send client invoices in Zoho Books, track payments, and follow up on late accounts.

Keep our forecast current. Update the monthly revenue and expense forecast, and flag anything that changes our cash position.

Work with our CPA firm. Our external CPA firm handles bookkeeping and tax filing. You'll send them clean, complete invoice and payment records each month and answer their questions.

Requirements

What you need

• Natural, fluent English (required). You'll lead calls with US business owners and finance teams on your own. We'll ask for a recorded video as part of your application

• A degree in accounting, finance or a related field

• A solid grasp of the basics: double-entry accounting, trial balances, accounts receivable and payable, and month-end close

• An understanding of how inventory works: costing, stock movements, purchase orders, sales orders and fulfillment

• Experience with at least one accounting system, such as QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite or SAP

• Careful with detail. You check that numbers tie out before you call something done

• Strong in Excel or Google Sheets: lookups, pivot tables, and comparing large data sets to find what doesn't match

• A problem solver who enjoys digging into messy data, and stays with a problem until it's solved

• Reliable and organized. You meet the deadlines you set

• CPA license or progress toward one

• Experience with US clients, such as in finance and accounting outsourcing

• Work in manufacturing, distribution or wholesale

• Any Zoho Books or Zoho Inventory experience

Months 0 to 3: learn

• Take over Mirror's invoicing and monthly forecast

• Learn Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory hands-on from our Technical Lead, using a sandbox and real project work

• Sit in on client scope sessions and migration calls, and take notes

• Help prepare migration files and reconciliation reports, reviewed by our Technical Lead

Months 3 to 6: lead with backup

• Write the finance and inventory sections of scope documents

• Run data migration and reconciliation with our Technical Lead reviewing

• Configure Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory for clients

• Train client finance and warehouse teams

Month 6 and beyond: own it

• Own finance and inventory on every implementation, from scope to go-live

• Lead accounting and inventory conversations with clients and their accountants

• Join sales calls when a prospect has complex accounting or inventory needs

• Help us expand into other platforms, such as Odoo, as we grow
