Associate Engineer, Technical Publications (Web Dev)

POSITION SUMMARY:

Review and validate migrated content from TKO platform to the new Knowledge platform to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality. Responsibilities include identifying errors, verifying formatting, and reporting issues to the team. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow guidelines are essential.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Experience Required: 0-2 years (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Basic skills in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. (plus)
• Working knowledge of web technologies and documentation technologies (plus)
• Working knowledge of version control technologies/platforms. (plus)
• Experienced assembling source content into structured documentation (plus)

Job Competencies:

• Ability to write, format, edit, and format content according to documentation standards.
• Experience in reviewing content for accuracy, consistency, and proper formatting after migration.
• High attention to detail.
• Proficient in written English and has good verbal communication skills
• Has a good command of the English language and can convey information clearly and effectively.
• Ability to explain how do things work in a clear and simple way.
• Willing to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Highly organized with good coordination skills.
• Works well in a collaborative team and with POCs.
