Primary Function:
The
Global EHS Engineer based in Cavite, Philippines, will support the implementation and monitoring of enterprise-wide Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs across ADI's global manufacturing and non-manufacturing operations. This role will play a key part in driving performance against EHS targets, supporting strategic initiatives, addressing customer requests and ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements, especially within the Asia region.
Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science/Engineering, Occupational Safety & Health, or a related technical field.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in environmental, sustainability, or occupational safety and health functions.
Knowledge, skill and abilities:
- Experience in the semiconductor, electronics or manufacturing industry preferably in a multinational or global environment.
- Familiarity with EHS digitalization/automation tools or equivalent and proficiency in data visualization and training tools (e.g., Canva, Articulate).
- Background in occupational safety, industrial hygiene, ergonomics, environmental compliance, and/or sustainability.
- Working knowledge of relevant regulations (OSHA, EPA, NIOSH, DOT)
- Basic knowledge of and auditing experience on ISO standards (14001, 45001, 46001, 50001).

- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in using metrics and data analysis for decision-making.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist in deploying EHS management systems and corporate standards to ensure consistent, high-performance safety and environmental practices across all sites.
- Support corporate EHS audit program to verify global and site compliance to EHS standards and regulatory requirements.
- Support the development and delivery of global EHS training programs and materials.
- Provide technical EHS expertise to both manufacturing and non-manufacturing locations.
- Monitor, analyze, and report EHS performance indicators using both traditional and digital tools for internal and external ESG reporting.
- Generate and validate site-specific and company-wide EHS performance reports to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to implement EHS initiatives.
- Participate in sustainability efforts to help achieve ADI's goals in emissions, energy, water, and waste reduction.
- Facilitate benchmarking and the sharing of best practices across sites.
