The Associate E-Learning Developer is responsible for supporting the development of digital learning materials and e-learning solutions in accordance with established processes, timelines, and quality standards. The role involves converting training materials into interactive and learner-focused content using approved authoring tools and platforms.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develops interactive e-learning courses, modules, and other digital learning materials based on approved content and design standards.
- Converts source materials (e.g., presentations, manuals, process documents) into structured and engaging e-learning content.
- Assists in analyzing training materials to ensure accurate and effective digital conversion.
- Ensures output meets defined quality standards, technical requirements, and project specifications.
- Participates in content reviews and incorporates feedback from stakeholders and team members.
- Supports prototype development, testing, revisions, and implementation of e-learning materials.
- Collaborates with team members to recommend improvements in instructional design, technical approach, and learner experience.
- Completes assigned projects within agreed timelines and productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Education, Instructional Design, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in e-learning development, instructional design, or multimedia content creation.
- Experience in facilitating or delivering training sessions is an advantage.
- Experience in a BPO or corporate training environment is an advantage.
- Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools and multimedia development software such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Vyond, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Audacity, including SCORM troubleshooting, is preferred.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
