Additional Job Description
- Graduate in any field, with 10-15 years of minimum experience in Contact centre/ outsourcing industry
- Knowledge of reporting tools and processes.
- MS Office: Advanced Excel, experiences using other MS applications.
- Prior experience in a management / supervisory capacity.
- Training & Quality Solutions experience; demonstrate a clear understanding and first-hand experience of training & quality principles and processes.
