  • Experience in supporting Healthcare programs an advantage.
  • Must be experienced in handling large complex teams.
  • Solid Quality & Analytics knowledge and exposure a plus.

Job Description Summary

  • Single point of contact for Clients as well as Concentrix leaders for Training and Quality
  • Driving execution and consistency in Concentrix Training and Quality Framework
  • Drive Tech Infusion of Concentrix tools
  • Support seasonal / growth ramps
  • Governance of performance
  • Hypercare action planning
  • Client Engagement through Workshops
  • Responsible for Training & Quality Client VOC
  • Optimize Rewards & Penalty
  • Manage & expand Training and &Quality as a Service

Additional Job Description

  • Graduate in any field, with 10-15 years of minimum experience in Contact centre/ outsourcing industry
  • Knowledge of reporting tools and processes.
  • MS Office: Advanced Excel, experiences using other MS applications.
  • Prior experience in a management / supervisory capacity.
  • Training & Quality Solutions experience; demonstrate a clear understanding and first-hand experience of training & quality principles and processes.
