You will act as the strategic architect of an extensive end-to-end supply chain network, driving enterprise-wide operational transformation, physical network optimisation, and robust financial governance.

• Lead the development and execution of long-term, sustainable supply chain strategies and enterprise-wide process transformation initiatives.

• Oversee end-to-end 24/7 distribution and inventory networks, driving operational resilience, cost efficiency, and service excellence across multiple business units.

• Direct massive-scale annual budgeting, capital planning (CapEx/OpEx), and resource allocation to support strategic supply chain objectives.

• Assess and optimise day-to-day physical logistics workflows and infrastructure to mitigate operational risks and ensure zero-downtime business continuity.

• Drive cross-functional alignment and build robust partnerships with senior internal business leaders and strategic external 3PL vendors.

skills and experience required

• 10-15+ years of progressive, ground-up supply chain and warehouse operations experience (highly advantageous for professionals from a 3PL or contract logistics background), with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership capacity.

• A proven track record of driving enterprise-wide change management, operational excellence (Lean/Six Sigma preferred), and large-scale financial/budgetary planning.
