Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Director of Operations, based in Taguig. The role involves overseeing operations to optimize efficiency, managing budgets and resources, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. The Associate Director will lead and manage teams, drive operational strategies, and work closely with various stakeholders to align operations with business objectives. Monitoring performance metrics, implementing process improvements, and delivering on client expectations will also be integral parts of the role.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Operations Management with a strong track record of optimizing processes for efficiency.
  • Advanced Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Strong Team Management capabilities with experience in leading diverse teams and driving performance.
  • Experience in Budgeting and resource allocation to achieve financial objectives and cost-efficiency.
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and relationship management.
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities to manage cross-functional activities and influence stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably within a global or BPO setting, is an advantage.
  • A degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
