Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate Director for Property Investment (Sales Manager) located in MOA Complex. The role involves managing and overseeing sales strategies to drive property investment growth, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and collaborating with the property management and real estate teams. The position requires a combination of on-site presence and remote work.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Property Management, Facility Management, and Real Estate
• Proficiency in Budgeting and financial planning for property or real estate projects
• Excellent Customer Service and relationship management skills
• Effective leadership, communication, and team management abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, Real Estate, or related field
• Previous experience in real estate sales or investment management is preferred
