Job description:
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field (CPA certification a plus).
- 7+ years in finance/accounting, 4-5 years in leadership.
- Experienced in consolidating financial statements; group experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of IFRS or GAAP.
- Philippine finance and regulations expertise; compliance a plus.
- Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
- Leadership and communication skills.
- Build relationships across all group companies
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Peachtree)
- Organized, results-oriented, and hardworking
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving
RESPONSIBLE FOR 5 KEY AREAS
Financial Strategic Planning
- Develop plans, analyze trends, align with units.
Financial Operations & Capital Allocation
- Manage budgeting, fund management, and strategic investments.
Financial Risk Management & Compliance
- Manage risk, controls, compliance, and audit collaboration.
Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Oversee financial statements & analysis.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Facilitate financial matters for favorable deals and resolutions
