Own delivery assurance for the Technology GRC portfolio delivered from Manila, including review discipline, risk management, and escalation of quality issues.
Lead and develop Technology GRC delivery managers and senior practitioners; set expectations for standards, rigor, and client-ready outputs.
Embed modular capability delivery: define and maintain repeatable work packages that can be composed to match client needs and operating model.
Partner with the Global Technology GRC Lead to evolve playbooks, templates, and reusable IP; ensure Manila contributes to global standard uplift.
Coordinate with other Manila pillar leads to deliver integrated outcomes across Govern, Design, Build, and Run, including shared accountability for delivery success.
Support pursuit shaping where needed by providing credible delivery input: scope boundaries, delivery approach, risks, and resourcing model.
Scope:
Technology Governance: technology standards review; technology control framework management, accountability framework management, etc.
Technology Risk: technology risk management; third party risk management; business continuity planning, etc.
Technology Compliance: technology control assessment; technology compliance management, regulatory assessments, etc.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Cyber Security, Risk, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
At least 10 to 14 years of relevant experience in Technology Risk, Cyber GRC, IT risk, or assurance roles, including delivery leadership responsibility.
Certifications preferred: CISA, CRISC, CISSP (or equivalent), ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor (or equivalent).
