Associate Director, Customer Service (Relocation to HCM/Vietnam)

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Drive long-term customer service strategies aligned with global manufacturing and end-to-end apparel supply chain objectives.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and structurally develop a high-performing department of approximately 30 personnel.
• Leader of Leaders: Manage and coach frontline customer service managers and team leaders to build robust leadership succession pipelines.
• Supply Chain Collaboration: Partner closely with production, logistics, and planning departments to streamline apparel manufacturing workflows.
• Cross-Border Communication: Act as the primary liaison between global clients and the production facility to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Continuous Improvement: Oversee customer experience KPIs, resolving systemic bottlenecks across the manufacturing lifecycle to boost client retention.

Job Requirements

• Relocation: Full willingness and eligibility to permanently relocate to Vietnam (factory location).
• Industry Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive customer service experience specifically within apparel manufacturing.
• Trilingual Fluency: Complete professional proficiency in spoken English, Chinese (Mandarin), and Vietnamese to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Leadership Scale: Proven track record of managing a team size of 30+ individuals within an industrial or factory setting.
• Supply Chain Mastery: Deep operational knowledge of the entire apparel supply chain, including raw material sourcing, production timelines, and global logistics.
• Executive Presence: Strong strategic thinking capability with a demonstrated history of leading other managers (leader of leaders).
