Associate Director – Corporate Communications & PR

Location: Bridgetowne, Quezon City

Function: Global Brand & Corporate Communications

Role Overview

• Lead Sagility Philippines corporate communications and PR agenda, strengthening corporate reputation, leadership visibility and stakeholder engagement.
• The role will work closely alongside the Global Brand & Corporate Communications team to deliver shared communications outcomes, while partnering with Philippines leadership to build a consistent and differentiated Sagility narrative.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Philippines corporate communications and PR strategy aligned with global brand priorities.
• Lead media relations, proactive PR, press releases, interviews, briefings and thought-leadership opportunities.
• Build and strengthen relationships with key business, healthcare, technology and talent media.
• Drive executive communications, including speeches, talking points, articles, interviews and leadership positioning.
• Develop compelling corporate and employee stories across healthcare, technology, AI, people and transformation.
• Lead communications for key business milestones, industry events, partnerships and announcements.
• Support reputation, issues and crisis communications, including messaging, Q&As and stakeholder communications.
• Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition on employer-brand and employee communications.
• Manage PR agencies, media partners, budgets and communications measurement.
• Collaborate closely with the Global Brand & Corporate Communications team, Social & Digital, HR and business teams to ensure consistent messaging and delivery across markets and channels.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of experience in corporate communications, PR, journalism or a related field.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Philippines media relations and corporate reputation management.
• Proven ability to counsel and work with senior leaders/CXOs.
• Excellent storytelling, writing and executive communication skills.
• Experience managing PR agencies and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of digital/social media and integrated communications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in healthcare, technology, IT/BPM or a multinational organization is preferred.
