Responsibilities
1. Provide leadership in the execution and implementation of the Company's mission and business goals developed and approved by the Board of Directors
2. Oversee the business operation of the head office and other regional offices
3. Assist the Board on budgeting, and the formulation and execution of strategic plans to achieve projected sales target
4. To monitor and support the implementation of short-term and long-term new business development plan for head office and all the regional countries
5. Monitor and direct the team in execution of strategic business development plan and promotion of product brands
6. Regular meeting with sales team on monthly sales and projects progress update, and report sales projections to Head Office
7. Establish quality objectives under his/her functions and sales team exploring the potential of the team members and provide relevant training program if necessary
8. Support an effective implementation of the Integrated Management System (IMS) of Hong Kong and Macau offices as per ISO requirements
9. Oversee company operations to ensure production efficiency, quality service, and cost-effective management of resources
10. Ensure the development of priority plans, performance measurements, management controls and critical success factors
11. Review activity reports and financial statements to determine progress and status in attaining objectives and revise objectives and plans in accordance with current conditions
12. Evaluate performance of the heads of department / management staffs for compliance with established policies and objectives of the Company and contributions in attaining objectives and
13. Perform any other duties as directed and assigned by the Company at any time and from time to time.
