IT Sales Associate / Associate Digital Advocate
We are looking for an IT Sales Associate / Associate Digital Advocate to drive growth across both new and existing accounts. In this role, you will build and manage a highquality sales pipeline through outbound and inbound activities, nurture senior client relationships, and translate business needs into strategic IT roadmaps.
You will deliver valuedriven solution consultingincluding proposals, estimates, RFPs, and presentationswhile working closely with delivery and project management teams. You will take ownership of account satisfaction and profitability, manage escalations, and consistently achieve revenue and gross profit (GP) targets.
Candidates with 35 years of solution or customercentric selling experience are preferred, but fresh graduates with strong interest in IT and digital solutions are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Perform business development activities to generate and qualify new opportunities
- Build and manage a strong lead and opportunity pipeline through outbound and inbound activities
- Progress prospect conversations efficiently from qualification to closure
- Achieve assigned revenue, GP, and other financial targets
Client Relationship Management
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs
- Translate client requirements into strategic IT opportunities and customer roadmaps
- Own customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for account growth and upselling
- Take ownership of client requests and ensure timely resolution
Solution Consulting & Delivery Support
- Provide solution consulting by understanding client objectives and positioning WPHs solutions effectively
- Lead proposal writing, estimation, presentations, RFP responses, and sales pitches
- Deliver clear, engaging, and wellstructured presentations
- Partner with project management teams to ensure engagement profitability and successful delivery
Account & Stakeholder Management
- Participate in key client meetings, including status updates and delivery presentations
- Manage client escalations, conflict resolution, and expectation alignment
- Collaborate closely with management, developers, testers, IT peers, and vendors
Knowledge & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of digital technologies, IT services, and relevant domains
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer value and service quality
Qualifications & Skills Education
- Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Media, Communications, or any relevant discipline (preferred)
Experience
- Preferably 35 years of experience in sales, solution consulting, or a technologyrelated role
- Background in solution selling or customercentric selling is an advantage
