Role Overview
The Associate Delivery Manager will lead end-to-end client engagements focused on designing, implementing, and delivering Commercial Data Warehouse (CDW) and Master Data Management (MDM) solutions for pharmaceutical and life sciences clients.
This role requires a combination of technical expertise, project leadership, and client management skills to ensure successful delivery of data solutions supporting commercial operations, compliance, and analytics initiatives.
The role will also contribute to business growth by strengthening client relationships, identifying expansion opportunities, mentoring team members, and improving delivery processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of Commercial Data Warehouse (CDW) and Master Data Management (MDM) solutions for life sciences clients.
- Provide technical guidance and oversight to project teams during MDM platform implementation and data framework development.
- Define project scope, delivery approach, timelines, and execution plans in collaboration with project leadership.
- Analyze complex business and data challenges and develop data-driven solutions.
- Translate analytical findings into actionable insights and recommendations for clients and internal teams.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, including:
- Client communication
- Status reporting
- Timeline management
- Risk tracking
- Issue resolution
- Build and optimize data pipelines and processes using coding skills for data processing, analysis, and reporting.
- Collaborate with global teams including client stakeholders, solution specialists, and data engineering teams.
- Support project financial management including SOW creation, project administration, and client invoicing.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
- Drive operational excellence through process improvements, training, and internal initiatives.
- Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for expanding engagements.
- Coordinate effectively with US-based project managers and clients to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree with 7+ years of professional experience.
- Strong experience implementing or supporting Master Data Management (MDM) solutions within the US pharmaceutical/life sciences industry.
- Mandatory experience working with:
- HCP (Healthcare Professionals)
- HCO (Healthcare Organizations)
- Payer Master Data Management solutions
- Experience with Commercial Data Warehouse (CDW) solutions in the life sciences domain preferred.
- Strong programming skills in Python for:
- Data processing
- Data analysis
- Reporting automation
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong project management and team leadership experience.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert complex data into business insights.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work with technical and business stakeholders.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical data management practices and commercial analytics.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work effectively in a global, matrixed environment.
- Flexibility to support US-based clients with 3–4 hours overlap during US working hours.
