The Corporate Secretarial Associate will provide back-office support for Singapore-incorporated companies, assisting with statutory compliance, documentation, and governance processes. This role ensures efficient preparation and coordination of all required filings and records.
Your responsibilities include:
- Draft board resolutions, Annual General Meeting/Extraordinary General Meeting minutes, and maintain statutory registers.
- Prepare annual return filings and liaise with Singapore-based corporate secretary for submission.
- Support with documentation and meeting coordination.
- Maintain accurate corporate records, share registers, and filing systems.
- Collaborate with clients and Singapore-based teams to ensure compliance with ACRA requirements.
Our ideal candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Law, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in corporate secretarial or compliance roles.
- Familiarity with Singapore Companies Act and ACRA filing processes (preferred).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and corporate compliance software.
- Strong written and verbal English communication.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Effective communicator who manages timelines, stakeholders and deliverables in a fast-paced environment
