Associate, Content Operations(Livestream)

Responsibilities:

1. Merchandise & Strategy: Develop and execute effective assortment strategies for live streaming based on the Philippine market trends and consumer demands. Solid e-commerce assortment experience is essential to accurately select winning products and optimize the assortment mix.

2. Account Operations: Take full ownership of the daily operations for the official live stream rooms and key accounts on Lazada, ensuring high-quality livestream and driving GMV growth.

3. MCN & Partner Management: Leverage and expand resources with MCN agencies. Coordinate with internal teams and partners to drive project execution and achieve business goals.

4. Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze live streaming data (traffic, conversion rates, GMV, etc.). Utilize tools like Excel to generate reports and provide actionable insights to optimize performance.

Requirements:

1. Experience: Proven experience in e-commerce operations, specifically in live streaming on platforms like Lazada or Shopee within the Philippine market.

2. Philippine Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of Philippine consumer behavior, trending products, and the e-commerce ecosystem.

3. Data Proficiency: Strong data analysis skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) to support decision-making.

4. Communication & Coordination: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to coordinate effectively across cross-functional teams (regional team and operations) and external partners.

5. Resourcefulness: Prior experience and established resources with Philippine MCN agencies is highly preferred.

6. Language: Proficiency in English is required; proficiency in Filipino/Tagalog or Mandarin is a plus.
