Job Description
- Act as a specialist consultant, which entails identifying market landscape, business development, and securing partnership in a competitive environment
- Advising clients to add value to the recruitment and talent development process
- Provide career coaching to help job seekers find their next role and offer expert advice to clients on topics such as market conditions, trends and salary levels.
- Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or a client-facing role is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.
- Highly driven, results-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
