We are looking for a skilled Company Secretary (CS) with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the Company's Secretarial, Statutory Compliance, Accounting, Taxation, Audit, and Financial Control functions while supporting GDC financial operations.

Job description (This is CS Cum Accounting & Finance role)
We are looking for a skilled Company Secretary (CS) with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the Company's Secretarial, Statutory Compliance, Accounting, Taxation, Audit, and Financial Control functions while supporting GDC financial operations.
Roles and Responsibility
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory regulations, taxation, and internal financial controls.
- Track of statutory due dates and ensure timely completion of all compliance-related activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external accounting partners, auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth financial and compliance operations.
- Support GDC finance activities by monitoring costs, tracking budgets, and identifying opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiency.
- Provide support for budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Responsible for vendor reconciliation & payments.
- Prepare and present MIS reports, financial statements, and management dashboards.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of finance and compliance activities.
- Candidate should be a qualified CS with membership number from ICSI.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other financial software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Ideal experience post qualification should be 2 to 3 years
- Ready to work from office, 5 days working
- Should be a Qualified CS and have B.COM or MBA Finance background.
- We are also open for CA inter candidates with CS as Mandatory Qualification
- Good Communication and analytical skill.
- Ability to use new technology and Proficient with PowerPoint, Excel reporting and other accounting software.
