Associate Buyer

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Buyer located in Quezon City. The Buyer will be responsible for sourcing and procuring materials, negotiating with suppliers, managing inventory levels, tracking orders, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. Additional duties include conducting market research to identify trends and assisting in budget planning and cost control. The Buyer will work closely with various departments to ensure procurement needs are met efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sourcing and procurement
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
• Proficiency in inventory management and order tracking
• Excellent market research and analytical skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with different departments
• Relevant experience in the manufacturing or retail industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
