Role Description The Associate Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Metro Manila. This role is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and developing new business opportunities, including partnerships, product expansions, and market segments. Daily tasks include conducting market and competitor analysis, preparing business proposals, and coordinating with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and regulatory to support new initiatives. The Associate Business Development Manager will maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders, track performance metrics for new projects, and provide regular reports and presentations to management. The role also involves supporting strategic planning and contributing ideas to strengthen the company's presence in key therapeutic areas.

Qualifications

  • Strong business development and sales acumen, including experience in opportunity identification, lead generation, and relationship management.
  • Portfolio analysis and contract management
  • Market research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, assess market potential, and develop evidence-based recommendations.
  • Strategic planning and project management capabilities, including setting objectives, coordinating cross-functional teams, and meeting timelines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging stakeholders, drafting proposals, and delivering concise reports to leadership.
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, including basic understanding of products, regulatory considerations, and market dynamics.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Pharmacy, or a related field; advanced studies or certifications in business or healthcare are an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for data analysis and report preparation.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively on-site, build professional relationships, and adapt to a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
