Qualifications
- Experience: 3–5 years of solid Project Management experience, specifically handling projects with significant financial impact.
- Industry Background: Proven experience within the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) sector is essential.
- Technical Savvy: Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Liveperson, or similar tools) and their role in business transformation.
- Certifications: Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt) or PMP certification is highly preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in Design Thinking, Lean methodologies, and KPI/metric-driven transformation.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Transformation: Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using consulting frameworks to drive process optimization and lean transformation programs.
- Project Governance: Establish and maintain robust program governance, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and hitting financial targets.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a primary consultant for clients and senior leadership, managing expectations and delivering data-driven insights.
- Cross-Functional CRM Integration: Coordinate across departments to optimize CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Liveperson) to enhance customer and agent experiences.
- Operational Analysis: Utilize Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and Design Thinking to identify bottlenecks and implement metric-driven improvements.
- Leadership: Manage and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
