Role Overview:

Primary Function: We're looking for an Associate Brand Manager to join our team and support day-to-day brand management activities, ensuring consistent execution of marketing programs while developing fluency across the 9 Core Marketing Competencies. The role contributes to strategic planning, drives performance reporting, and coordinates key cross-functional efforts.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent
• At least 1–2 years of marketing or brand support experience in FMCG or a similar field
• Experience in campaign implementation, coordination, and basic analytics preferred
• Proficient in Consumer Insighting, Data Analysis, Portfolio Management, Innovation, Pricing, Promotions, Packaging, Communication & Media Execution, and Distribution
• Strong project management and coordination skills
• Solid understanding of marketing principles and tools
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic dashboard interpretation
• Willing to be based in Ortigas, Pasig City
