Be a Strategic Leader Driving Brand Growth
- Develop and implement brand strategies, product roadmaps, and promotional campaigns that drive awareness, sales, and market share.
- Define and communicate clear brand positioning to internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution from planning to rollout.
- Conduct market analysis to understand consumer needs, track competitor activities, and identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Bring Brand Strategy to Life with Precision and Purpose
- Collaborate with creative and digital agencies to develop compelling marketing materials and campaigns.
- Partner with the Head of Marketing and cross-functional teams to craft product lifecycle strategies, launch plans, and promotional efforts.
- Monitor sales forecasts, product performance, and inventory management to ensure business objectives and timelines are met.
Empower the Field and Build Meaningful Partnerships
- Provide field teams with effective tools, coaching, and materials to drive product understanding and performance.
- Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), medical societies, and advocacy groups to build credibility and brand trust.
- Coordinate with Medical Affairs to conduct advisory board meetings and ensure alignment with DOH and FDA promotional guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Science, Business, or a related field.
- At least 13 years of experience in a growth-driven organization, preferably within the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, or FMCG space.
- Familiarity with corporate business processes and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong analytical and financial skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and performance metrics such as P&L, ROI, and payback analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to develop marketing strategies, lead cross-functional initiatives, and execute with excellence in a fast-paced environment.
