Job Overview
We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Associate Art Director to support the development and execution of compelling visual concepts across print, digital, and multimedia platforms.
This role works closely with the Creative Director, designers, and cross-functional teams to ensure all creative outputs align with brand identity and campaign objectives. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, a passion for innovation, and the ability to bring ideas to life across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative concepts for campaigns, branding, advertising, and digital platforms
- Create campaign concept designs for SkinStation and Dermax
- Design promotional materials and label templates aligned with brand guidelines
- Conduct product photoshoots for Dermax as needed
- Produce AI-generated artworks to support marketing initiatives
- Perform photo retouching for brand ambassadors and product images
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery
- Maintain consistency across all visual outputs and brand touchpoints
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in Creative Direction, Art Direction, or Branding
- Strong background in graphic design and visual storytelling
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Experience with AI design tools is required
- Proven ability to conceptualize and execute innovative creative solutions
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and inspire a creative team
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities
- Bachelors degree in Visual Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field
- Previous leadership experience in a creative or design team is an advantage
