In this exciting position, you will be responsible for the marketing and sales of OS&GS products in Asia Export markets which include but not limited Philippine.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting by product / geography

: Sales and Marketing budget by CONMED product group and by distributors in respective territory

• Develop the strategy to win competitors

: Marketing and sales strategy for sales growth

• Alignment distributor/channel to meet sales objectives

: Distributor channel development and distributor channel management

• KOL development to influence key customers

: Key customer management and development

• Develop programs for surgeon engagements

: Developing high quality of HCP educational program

• Develop team in distributor sales force excellence

: Build up strong sales team in distributor (by product training to distributor and coaching sales skill)

• Market analysis/Pricing & Administration

: Market analysis, pricing for product, sales follow up by distributor to meet the annual sales budget

Qualifications

• Relevant Bachelor's degree
• 35 years sales and marketing experiences in Orthopaedic and/or General Surgery
• Experienced in managing distributors and drive sales in the region is a plus
• Knowledge of exports markets is a plus
• Good relationship management with distributors and KOLs
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Passion for quality and to do things right
• Good presentation skill
• Self-discipline and self-leadership
• Person has no restriction in frequent travel and in interaction with people from different culture and religion.
• Language Skills: good written and verbal English required.
• IT literacy, experience with using Microsoft Office applications
