This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and fast-growing team. We are looking for an Associate APAC Payroll Specialist who is a team player, professional and solution focused. Main Responsibilities
- Efficient, accurate, and time processing of multiple payrolls on behalf of clients
- Provide support to clients on all payroll-related matters to ensure the highest level of service, including acting as a back-up covering for holidays or emergencies.
- Research discrepancies on payroll information and / or documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to procedures
- Reconcile and file required reports for relevant government agencies
- Review payrolls at the end of each month and seek assistance to make improvements where necessary
- Be involved in process improvement
Experience Needed For This Role
- At least 1 year of payroll processing experience
- Confident working with Microsoft Excel and proficient in other Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent time management and administrative skills with a sharp eye for detail.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- A collaborative team player who communicates clearly and supports colleagues.
- Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
