Primary Function:
The Analyst shall be working with cross functional teams in identifying constraints or gaps in any manufacturing areas or processes, address root causes and recommend process and systems improvement to address the gaps to ensure goals are met on timely manner. Escalate issues to management on actions to resolve issues or requiring decisions for issue resolution.
Competency Level:
- Graduate of a bachelor's degree in Industrial / Production Engineering or any supply chain, business, engineering, or a related discipline.
- With good scholastic records or with relevant work experience including in semiconductor and electronics manufacturing industry is an advantage
- With 1-2 years experience in semiconductor supply chain or factory planning role, with manufacturing exposure.
- Collaborative and knows how to motivate cross functional teams towards a common goal.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail oriented and highly Analytical & organized.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced environment to quickly analyze situations and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of SAP and Oracle SQL is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- With working knowledge of Project management.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support Mfg Resiliency Projects- Maintains Consolidated Qual Projects, ensures data accuracy and integrity
- Manage Engg System Time Reqt for all Qual in Pipeline (data accuracy/integrity, projected timeline and prioritization) working closely with PQE, REL Engg and Capacity Planning & Operations.
- Performs Quarterly, Monthly review of Engg Time Request; calculate Linear Set-up Requirements. Review &sync strategy with Capacity Planning, Site Operations Team. As needed, provide justification for CAPEX.
- Manage MAD ( Material Availability Date) of Active Qual Projects; provide visibility to REL Test Partners
- Perform regular meeting with Requestor to update project status, review urgency.
