Primary Function:
Associate Analyst will be responsible for providing critical analysis and reporting to support the manufacturing, transport and logistics operations of the company.
Educational Background:
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
Experience:
- 0-3 years of experience in a materials analysis or reporting role, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insightful recommendations
- Proficient in using data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, and business intelligence platforms
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Analyse inventory levels, material consumption, and production data to identify trends and optimise supply chain efficiency
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports on materials management, including forecasting, procurement, and inventory control
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve material-related issues and bottlenecks
- Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards to track materials performance and support data-driven decision making
- Provide input on materials planning, purchasing, and logistics to improve overall operational effectiveness
