In this role, you will have the opportunity towork uponone or more back-end services fortheAirfreight service line, supportingcountries, regions,orglobalandensuringtimely and accuratecompletion of tasks/target assigned.You willbe part of a larger team,sharing best practices &working upon the services with continuous improvementapproach.
Key Responsibilities:
- To understand the requirement of the station's / country's documentation and ensure jobs are executed as per standard operating procedures.
- Ensure department SLAs and all Key Performance Indicators are being met as per the agreed delivery guidelines.
- Operate on the services according to the shifts, countries,orregions aligned.
- Deliver a high level of service quality through timely and accurate completion of services.
- Collaborate with colleagues within the business to identify solutions, best practices, and opportunities to improve the service to our business partners.
- Flag any challenges in the operations to the immediate supervisor and business partner in a timely manner.
- Co-ordinate with the relevant stakeholders for regular communication and flow of information as defined for the respective service.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Bachelor's degree(any). A degree inlogistics,managementwill be an advantage.
- 0 - 3yearsofjob experience from BPO or logistics domain-Preferred
- AirFreight experience will be preferred
- Good knowledge inMS office
- EffectiveEnglishcommunicationskills, written and verbal
- Exposure toworking withEnterpriseResourcePlatforms (ERPs) -Preferred
- Good logical reasoning skills
- High level ofcustomer centricity
