Job Description

Work Setup & Schedule:

  • 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday
  • Hybrid with once or twice a month onsite schedule
  • One Ayala, Makati City | Hybrid Setup | AU Client Exposure

What you'll be doing:

The Associate Admin Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day financial and admin tasks including data entry, processing and recording transactions, updating the general ledger, assisting with audits or fact-checking and other matters. You should be thorough, accurate, and honest with good bookkeeping skills..

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Receipt and process shipping documentation from overseas factories
  • Accurately enter shipment and order data into excel based tracking system
  • Place customer orders via the Saint-Gobain Glass India online platform
  • Review and verify order accuracy prior to confirmation
  • Issue order confirmations to customers via email
  • Distribute shipping documentation directly to customers in a timely manner
  • Prepare and maintain weekly order tracking reports using Excel
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers via email to ensure smooth order flow
  • Follow up with customers regarding payments as they fall due

Skills/Attributes Required:

  • 2 - 3 years in a similar role, or comparable experience in office administration role
  • Accountant is a plus; Must be finance-related course
  • Experienced in cloud-based accounting (Xero is a plus)
  • Excellent Microsoft skills (comfortable with Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook among others)
  • Communication skills verbal and written.
