Job Overview:
The role primarily supports transport asset based companies as well as management companies, including a newly engaged group with existing assets and planned asset acquisitions, requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple entities efficiently.
Work Schedule:
- 10:00am to 7:00 pm Manila Time – Monday to Friday
Work Setup:
- Hybrid (2x onsite per week)
Office Assignment:
- MAKATI OFFICE: 22F Tower 1, One Ayala Corporate Center, Ayala Ave., Makati City
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Weekly
- Reconcile bank accounts in Xero every Monday
- Raise sales invoices, allocate receipts, and follow up on remittance information
- Clear Datamolino and post AP invoices to ledgers
- Process purchase invoices and prepare online banking payments
- Monitor shared inbox and resolve or escalate queries
- Monitor fixed asset register (additions and disposal)
Fortnightly
- Review AP ledgers and coordinate creditor payments with Ireland team
- Prepare and set up approved supplier payments in banking system for authorization
- Assist with VAT returns and reports (bi monthly)
- Handle ad hoc accounting tasks as required
Monthly
- Post depreciation journals in Xero at month end
- Roll forward reports at start of new month
- Analyze balance sheet accounts (customer deposits, accruals, prepayments)
- Prepare monthly management reports with reconciled AR/AP/bank
- Assist with ongoing reporting requirements
Quarterly
- Roll forward management reports
- Prepare deferred income journals
- Prepare Central Bank filing working papers
