Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Associate Accountant to join our team in Manila. This is a hybrid role, offering a mix of in-office and remote work. The Associate Accountant will be responsible for performing day-to-day accounting activities such as preparing financial reports, reconciling accounts, maintaining general ledgers, and assisting with tax compliance and audits. Additionally, the role will include supporting billing processes, verifying financial transactions, and providing actionable financial insights in alignment with clients objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience in General Accounting, General Ledger Management, and Financial Reporting
- Familiarity with Billing, Collection, and Accounts Payable/Receivable processes
- Strong proficiency in financial software, Excel, and other accounting tools kike NetSuite, QB , Xero and Sage Intacct
- Analytical skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA license or equivalent certification is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Experience in the service, technology, or related industries is an advantage
