Your Mission

The Marketing Team at Shopee Brazil is looking for a Brand & Content Strategy Analyst to join our Social Commerce team in Brazil. This role is ideal for someone who combines a strong understanding of branding and content with commercial acumen, project management, and data analysis. The role will be responsible for developing content and commercial strategies for Shopee Official Account (OA) and Creators, from product curation and brand partnerships to content production and performance analysis. The position will also play a key role in new Social Commerce initiatives, including short-form drama content, helping define strategies to drive engagement and strengthen the relationship between users, brands, creators, and Shopee.

What will your day-to-day be like

• Manage and develop branding and content strategies for Live Commerce initiatives and Official Account (OA) content, ensuring consistency with Shopee positioning, campaigns, and business objectives.
• Curate products for OA live streams in partnership with the local Commercial team, identifying products with high sales potential and strong fit for live content.
• Work closely with the Commercial team to identify and develop brand opportunities for Shopee live streams, including the structuring of Brand Packages and commercial opportunities across lives and Creator content.
• Act as a project manager for external live productions, coordinating suppliers, brands, internal stakeholders, production partners, timelines, deliverables, and operational requirements to ensure successful execution.
• Manage the voucher and budget strategy for OA and Creator initiatives, balancing commercial objectives, engagement, and available resources.
• Analyze and consolidate Live Commerce performance, including engagement and sales results, and develop reports and insights for Business Partners and internal stakeholders.
• Act as the analytical PIC for new content initiatives, including short dramas, monitoring content engagement, audience behavior, and performance to identify opportunities for improvement.

What do you need to take on the challenge

• Previous experience in branding, content, marketing, social media, e-commerce, or related areas.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Commercial mindset with strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Previous experience working with brands, agencies, creators, production companies, or external suppliers is a plus.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.
• Logical thinking, strong problem-solving skills, and a positive working attitude.
