Job Description
- Lead the technology business partnering and stakeholder engagement function.
- Drive demand management, roadmap planning, business cases, and investment prioritisation.
- Oversee technology portfolios, programmes, and projects to ensure successful delivery.
- Establish and maintain governance, reporting, risk, and benefits realisation processes.
- Develop an integrated operating model linking strategy, governance, and delivery.
- Partner with senior executives to support strategic decision-making.
The Successful Applicant
- Extensive leadership experience in Portfolio Management, PMO, Programme Delivery, or Technology Business Partnering.
- Proven success leading multinational large-scale technology, digital, or business transformation initiatives.
- Experience managing teams in complex, matrixed, and international environments.
- Strong governance, portfolio management, reporting, financial oversight, and benefits tracking expertise.
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, P3O, SAFe, or similar certifications are advantageous
