Job Responsibilities

  • IMC Strategy & Campaign Leadership
    • Together with VP Marketing, translate business objectives into clear campaign strategies, messaging frameworks, and communication plans.
    • Maintain a master campaign calendar across the Integrated Resort as approved by VP Marketing, ensuring alignment of all campaigns with overall brand positioning and annual marketing priorities.
    • Collaborate with key vertical leads to oversee major seasonal campaigns, property-wide initiatives, and signature events. Ensure that execution aligns with brand guidelines and messaging is accurate.

  • Cross-Functional Alignment and Tactical Campaign Planning
    • Proactively recommend tactical marketing campaigns that address and solve business needs
    • Collaborate closely with Marketing Verticals, including Marketing Operations, Digital Marketing, Creatives, and Entertainment Marketing, to ensure that campaigns are executed on-brand.
    • Create inter-business unit campaigns that ensure coordinated efforts across Casino, The Mall, Hotels, and F&B. This requires close collaboration with the IMC Head of Hotels & F&B.
    • Lead the kick-off alignment meetings between marketing verticals in terms of branding and execution during campaign launches, ensuring stakeholders are clear on objectives, messaging, and deliverables.
  • Messaging & Content Oversight
    • Ensure consistency and clarity in branding and key messaging across all platforms and customer interactions, adhering to the brand architecture. This involves consistently overseeing the execution of messaging and branding guidelines to bridge the gap between planning and operational teams.
    • Review and recommend major communication outputs including ATL, BTL, digital, PR, and corporate messaging.
    • Ensure tone, voice, and storytelling align with NUSTAR's brand standards.
  • Execution Oversight & Quality Assurance
    • Oversee the creation of NUSTAR's content calendar (mother brand and The Mall), ensuring that each piece of content aligns with the organization's objectives while maintaining consistent branding.
    • Monitor the rollout of campaigns across all channels to ensure consistent and high-quality branding. Identify and address any gaps, misalignments, or inconsistencies in branding execution.
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization
    • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing and PR & Media teams to define success metrics for IMC campaigns.
    • Monitor campaign performance, reach, engagement, and effectiveness.
    • Lead post-campaign reviews and identify areas for optimization.
    • Monitor and recommend improvements in Share of Voice (SOV) metrics compared to key competitor sets.
    • Stakeholder & Agency Management
    • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, PR partners, and media groups.
    • Ensure agency outputs are aligned with internal strategies and brand standards.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align expectations and deliverables.
    • Support leadership presentations and campaign reviews when needed.
  • Crisis Communications & Governance
    • Work with VP Marketing in the development and enforcement of crisis communications frameworks, protocols, and response guidelines across the Integrated Resort.
    • Work closely with VP Marketing, Legal, and Senior Leadership to align on responses, advisories, and internal messaging.
    • Conduct post-incident reviews and continuously refine crisis communication protocols and playbooks.
Qualifications

  • Its strong marketing leadership with the capacity to orchestrate integrated campaigns across expansive business units, supported by substantial experience in brand and campaign strategy development;
  • Cultivates relationships with media, agencies, and key stakeholders, possessing deep understanding of public relations and communications; possesses expertise in content and messaging development, cross-channel campaign execution, and data-driven optimization, coupled with proven proficiency in managing external partners and fostering alignment across internal teams.
