Job Purpose

The primary responsibility of this role is to lead finance planning and analysis operations, governance & compliance of one commercial plant.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

This role is responsible to:

• Lead and provide financial transparency of the financial reporting to the stakeholders
• Oversee financial operations and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Lead, coordinate and drive action for budgeting, forecasting and business case development
• Partner with the business to continuously drive to meet and exceed budget targets for the fiscal year
• Set-up and continuously simplify the finance operations, and develop robust governance frameworks
• Work with production sites to ensure product cost is within budget to ensure healthy gross margin
• Support the team to navigate through financial, compliance and tax implications of business decisions and explore opportunities on how to optimise or minimise cost to the business.
• Identify and address financial risks and opportunities
• Review and negotiate all supplier/customer/partner contracts, together with the legal team

Required Skills/Qualifications

• Accounting/Finance degree qualification is required.
• >10 years of finance/accounting experience.
• Sound Knowledge of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow management, and general finance and budgeting
• Experience with corporate governance and internal controls
• Detail-driven, strategic, motivated, forward-thinking and adaptable to dynamic situations
• Highly proficient at project planning, budgeting, and oversight
