Job Description

The AVP is a senior executive leader responsible for the strategic direction, financial performance, and operational success of a multi-geography delivery portfolio for a key client. This role carries full P&L accountability, oversees end-to-end project delivery, and drives a culture of efficiency, governance, and operational excellence across a diverse global team.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Financial Leadership

  • Own and manage account P&L, including revenue forecasting, cost optimization, and margin expansion.
  • Partner with Sales to drive revenue growth through new and existing client relationships.
  • Ensure profitability across all projects through strong commercial management and contract compliance.
  • Lead efficiency initiatives such as automation and process re-engineering.

Global Operations & Governance

  • Oversee 500 FTEs across India, Nicaragua, Vietnam, and the Philippines.
  • Provide executive oversight for 12 projects, ensuring delivery meets KPIs, SLAs, and budget targets.
  • Establish and enforce governance frameworks, policies, and risk management structures.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate operational and financial risks.

Client & Partner Management

  • Act as the senior-most client advisor, building long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with Sales to identify and close upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with executives, presenting performance and strategic roadmaps.

Qualifications

  • 12+ years in BPO/IT-ITES, with 5+ years in executive leadership across multi-site/global operations.
  • Proven P&L ownership for portfolios of $10M annual revenue.
  • Experience leading delivery in India, Philippines, and Latin America/Southeast Asia.
  • Track record in transformation, governance, and efficiency programs.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA strongly preferred.
