JOB SUMMARY

As the Assistant Vice President for Leasing, you will provide strategic leadership and oversight of all commercial leasing activities across PRIME's portfolio. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing portfolio performance, and strengthening client and stakeholder relationships. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Identify and secure leasing opportunities for office, retail, and other commercial properties.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, landlords, and corporate clients.
  3. Source prospective tenants and manage the full leasing cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  4. Conduct property presentations, site viewings, and client meetings.
  5. Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and expand the company's leasing portfolio.
  6. Handle big-ticket accounts and high-value leasing transactions to drive revenue growth. 
  7. Lead negotiations of lease terms and conditions between landlords and tenants.
  8. Prepare and review lease proposals, letters of intent, and related documentation.
  9. Ensure timely closing of leasing transactions and achievement of revenue targets.
  10. Coordinate with legal, finance, and property management teams during deal finalization. 
  11. Manage a portfolio of commercial properties and ensure high occupancy levels.
  12. Provide strategic leasing advice to property owners to optimize property performance.
  13. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction. 

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Graduate of any Bachelor's degree.
  2. With more than 10 years of cumulative experience in commercial real estate and leasing industry or related sectors like Business Development, Marketing, Hospitality, Communication, and the likes; with at least 5 years of experience in the leadership role.
  3. Showcase exceptional leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and guide a dynamic leasing team.
  4. Possess an in-depth understanding of leasing processes, market dynamics, and property valuation, providing valuable insights to drive success.
  5. Exhibit outstanding negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, excelling in both written and verbal communication.
  6. Willing to report on-site in our office in Ortigas.
