We are looking for an experienced transportation operations professional to assist in leading our resort transportation team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience managing land, sea, and airport transfer operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and seamless transportation services while leading frontline transportation personnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of land, sea, and airport transfer services.
- Supervise transportation personnel and ensure efficient deployment and scheduling.
- Coordinate transportation logistics to ensure timely and seamless guest arrivals, departures, and transfers.
- Maintain high standards of safety, operational efficiency, and guest service.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to support transportation requirements.
- Monitor fleet and vessel readiness, maintenance schedules, and regulatory compliance.
- Coach and develop team members while ensuring adherence to company policies and service standards.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in transportation, hospitality, tourism, logistics, or a related industry.
- Proven experience coordinating land, sea, and airport transportation operations.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Willing to work on Boracay Island and on shifting schedules.
