Execute tailored channel strategies and drive impact at the point of sale.

Translate brand marketing plans into high-performing trade activities, customize channel initiatives, and align with sales teams to maximize campaign ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy Customization & Execution: Tailor national trade marketing strategies for specific sales channels, key accounts, and brand portfolios to maximize market impact and on-ground effectiveness.
• Campaign & KPI Management: Set clear objectives, execution timelines, and KPIs for tactical trade initiatives while monitoring program performance against budgets and compliance standards.
• Stakeholder & Agency Collaboration: Partner closely with internal sales teams, external creative agencies, and vendors to ensure flawless execution of trade activations.
• Insights & Performance Analytics: Analyze campaign outcomes, evaluate ROI, and gather field insights from sales teams to refine future trade marketing programs.
• Team Leadership & Development: Supervise and mentor direct reports, overseeing work distribution, performance evaluations, and team capability building.

What You Need to Succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in trade marketing, field sales, or channel management.
• Strong grasp of channel dynamics, shopper trends, promotional planning, and competitive trade landscapes.
• Proven organizational and project management capabilities, paired with practical team management skills.
• Proficiency in performance analytics, budget tracking, and standard productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, analytics software).
