Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities within the assigned plant area, ensuring all work orders are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with quality and documentation standards. Lead activity-based monitoring to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to operational requirements. Oversee the inventory, control, and monitoring of tools and personal protective equipment (PPE), ensuring their availability, proper usage, safekeeping, and compliance with safety regulations. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes, safety practices, and operational efficiency. Facilitate effective communication and coordination across teams to ensure seamless operations and minimal downtime.

Qualifications:

  • Registered and Licensed Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineer.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in plant facilities maintenance or a related industrial environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with strong supervisory, planning, and operational skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and safety-focused mindset.
