Job Description

The Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager will play a crucial role in optimizing recruitment and onboarding processes and enhancing employer brand. This role is best for a professional who thrives on improving efficiency and shaping a positive candidate and new hire experience. You'll work closely with the HR and Marketing teams to ensure we attract and hire the best talent while promoting a strong company culture.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Strategy

  • Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies that enhance recruiter productivity, improve candidate conversion rates, and support organizational growth. Analyze recruitment metrics, identify process improvement opportunities, and implement data-driven solutions to optimize the end-to-end hiring process.

Employer Branding & Strategic Partnerships

  • Partner with the Marketing team to strengthen and promote the employer brand across multiple channels. Drive initiatives that showcase the company's culture, values, and employee experience. Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with universities, government agencies, industry associations, and community organizations to expand and diversify the talent pipeline.

Onboarding & New Hire Experience

  • Oversee pre-employment requirements and ensure a seamless onboarding process from offer acceptance through integration into the organization. Enhance the new hire experience by coordinating onboarding activities, ensuring compliance with employment requirements, and fostering early engagement and productivity.

Recruitment Operations & Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs, provide recruitment insights, and deliver high-quality talent solutions. Monitor recruitment performance, maintain compliance with hiring policies, and continuously improve recruitment processes to support business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably with experience leading or coaching junior recruiters
  • Proven ability to manage talent attraction to onboarding processes and improve key metrics like time-to-hire and turnaround time
  • Strong understanding of employer branding and candidate engagement strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Makati City, Mondays thru Fridays, 8AM - 6PM
